Who are 141 Journeys?
We are a family of Turkish local guides and the ten travel websites we write. Every tour booked through any of those sites is operated by Gezginol Tours, a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) under registry number 15746, based in Kuşadası beside ancient Ephesus.
Why do you have ten different websites instead of one?
Because a guide who has spent twenty years walking Ephesus knows things a general Turkey website will never bother to write down. Each site covers one subject in real depth — one covers only Ephesus, one only the Seven Churches of Revelation, three are written natively in Spanish. Together they hold more than 600 pages of free guides. The tours behind all of them are run by the same licensed agency.
Is 141 Journeys a licensed travel agency?
Yes. Tours are operated under Gezginol Turizm ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, TÜRSAB registry number 15746. TÜRSAB licensing is a legal requirement for selling tours in Türkiye and means the agency is registered, insured and accountable. You can check any registry number on the TÜRSAB website.

The people behind these websites have worked in Turkish tourism for more than twenty years. The 141 Journeys name is newer, but the websites are not: nine of our ten domains have been online since 2012–2014, and the first went live in 2012.
